BUSINESS SCOPE
Production Facility
Ychang Sanxia Proudin Biopharmaceutical Co., Ltd. has many years of experience in the production of amino acid products and has a completeproduction line(including fermentation workshop, extraction workshop, refning workshop, supporting power equipment, sewage treatmentstation, warehousing and quality testing system),which can meet the OEM production of multiple amino acid products. L-Isoleucine,L-Valine, L-Leucine,and L-Lysine Acetate can meet CP2020.EP11.USP43.AJl and JP standards.The production capacity of L-lsoleucine.L-Leucine amd L-Valine are 50 tons/month and L-Lysine Acetate is 40 MT/month.
Fermentation Workshop
The production equioment in the fermentation workshop can be used for the production of secondany fermentation products, mainly including sed tanks,fermentationtanks and other production eouipment. The total constnuction area of the workshop is about 3574m2. 1t is a three:story partial fivestory stnucture with a separatebacteria room on the fourth floor (clean area is about 70m2, and the cleanliness level is C level).
Extraction Workshop
The extraction workshop is used for the separation and purification of amino acid fermentaion ligquid, mainly including filtration system, resin separation system(continuous separation and chromatographic separation), decolorization, concentration, centrifugation and other production. The extraction workshop is twondependent and symmetrical buldings with a constnuction area of 6300m; it is used for the cnude extraction of amino acid fermentation iluid. We have invested 30milion yuan to introduce the most advanced SB separation system to improve the quality of our amino acids.
Refining Workshop
The refining workshop is used for product refining and concentration, oentifugation, drying, powder sieving and finished product packaging. The refiming workshop has4 independent refining production lines (A, B, C, D), with a clean area of 3300m2 and a clean level of D.
Synthesis Workshop
The dlean area of the synthesis workshop is 460m2, and the cleanines level is Class D. it is mainly used for the synthesis and refinement of Llysime actate and Carbocysteine, and the extraction and refinement of L-Lysine HCL.
Purified Water System
The design capacity of the punfed water system is 12T/h. t adopts the principle of two-stage reverse osmosis water production, and is composed of a purified watel preparation system, a distribution system, a control system and a cleaning and disinfection device.
Environmental Protection Station
We invested 40 milion yuan to build an environmental protection station with a maximym daily treatment capagiy of 4.500 tons of wastewater. which can better meet the needs of production discharge.
